Superbox: FAQ

Setting up your Superbox is straightforward:

Plug in the HDMI: Connect the HDMI cable from the Superbox to your TV.
Power On: Connect the power adapter to the device and plug it into a wall outlet, then press the power button.
Connect to Wi-Fi: Use the remote to navigate to the settings menu and select your Wi-Fi network. Enter your password to connect.
On-Screen Prompts: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup, such as language preferences and updates.

Your order # and tracking information will be in your email. If you need help looking up your order information, our customer support will be able to help!

Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing time separate from the shipping time. If a product is purchased before 5pm EST, that shipment will be processed within the same day. If an order was placed after 5:00pm EST, that shipment will be processed the next day (this does not include any weekends or holidays)

Shipping Rates & Timelines

U.S.: All orders will ship from our fulfillment center via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated shipping time of 1-3 business days. (this does not include any weekends or holidays)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions. Consequently, we do not guarantee exact delivery times; the shipping company is responsible for delivery issues.

Standard Shipping Takes 1-4 business days (this does not include any weekends or holidays), anywhere in the United States

1-Year Warranty

We provide a 1-Year Warranty on all Superbox products purchased from our site. If you encounter any issues with your streaming media player, please email info@mysuperbox.net. Our technical support team will first attempt to diagnose the issue. If necessary, you can send the unit to us. Upon receipt, we will either fix the issues and return the original unit to you, exchange your unit for another unit, or rebuild one (at our discretion). This warranty does not cover water damage, any physical damage or any issues with software. The warranty strictly covers hardware defects caused by manufacturing errors.

Post-Warranty Repairs

If your warranty period has expired, you can still send the device to us for repair at an additional cost. You can continue to enjoy the service once the device has been fixed.
